CHRIST OVER CAREER FOUNDER, ACTOR AND PRODUCER CAMERON ARNETT AND PRODUCER WIFE, MRS. BJ ARNETT TO HOST ICVM CROWN AWARDS AT NRB

(Atlanta GA – May 15, 2023)  The 50th International Christian Visual Media (ICVM) Crown Awards Ceremony will be held on May 23, 2023 at 8:00 PM. The awards will take place at the National Association of Religious Broadcasters (NRB) Media Convention at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, Florida.

Producer, director, actor Cameron Arnett and his wife, producer, actor Mrs. BJ Arnett will be your co-hosts for the evening. This Atlanta based power couple are the co-founders of Christ Over Career and the CEOs of CAPS,  Camy Arnett Production Studios, a media, arts, and entertainment production company.

This is the third year that ICVM is partnering with NRB, the world’s largest gathering of Christian film, TV, radio and media ministry professionals. 

This year’s ICVM Legend Award recipient is Bill Curtis of Vision Video. The Legacy Award goes to Jesus Film Project, a CRU Ministry, released in 1979. To date, more than 200 million men, women and children all over the world have indicated decisions to know Christ after viewing the “JESUS” film.

The Arnetts have been long time participants of NRB. Cameron has been an active board member of ICVM for several years as well. Together, they bring over thirty years of experience to the stage. Having left Hollywood in the 90’s for refusing to compromise Christian values, Cameron is now at the helm  of Christ Over Career, Through this movement, he is galvanizing those who’ve chosen devotion to God over compromise in their professions.

Cameron is an actor, speaker, director,  producer and the author of A Good Man, a children’s book on financial literacy and legacy. His acting roles in Overcomer, I Still Believe and Discarded Things garnered the International Christian Film and Music Festival’s Actor of the Year 2020 Award and the Canadian International Faith and Family Film Festival’s Best Supporting Actor Award. 

Most recently, Cameron Arnett played Sam Parker in Running the Bases which won Movieguide’s 2023 Faith and Freedom Award. For the same role, he has been nominated as the Branson International Film Festival’s Best Supporting Actor as Sam Parker. Grace by Night with Antonio Sabato and Cameron Arnett won Best Picture at this year’s ICFF Awards. Arnett also plays a starring role in SkipStone Pictures Pure Flix original series Saved by Grace and appears in season 2 of  Jarod O’Flaherty’s award winning crime-drama series, Vindication.

Mrs. BJ Arnett is an award winning television host, costumer, producer, actor, educator and the Department Chair of the Art and Fashion Department at Clark Atlanta University. She is the host and co-producer of BJA Today, and the host of WATC TV 57’s This Day with BJ Arnett.

As the CEOs of Camy Arnett Production Studios, their original productions include talk shows, feature films and children’s programming. CAPS’ content points to the Arnetts’ commitment to safeguarding every life and every destiny. For this cause, they are also the co-founders of the redefining movement Saving Destinies.
