On the heels of winning the prestigious “Country Song of the Year” award for his multi-week No. 1 single “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” at iHeartRadio Music Awards and being a two-time nominee at the recent CMT Music Awards, multi-Platinum selling superstar Cole Swindell just received FIVE nominations with “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” for the upcoming 58th Academy of Country Music Awards on Thursday, May 11 from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.
