Casper, WY — June 14, 2025 — College rodeo coaches attending this year’s College National
Finals Rodeo (CNFR) will have the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and grow at an exclusive event designed just for them.
The Coach’s Summit Powered by CINCH, hosted in partnership with the Western Sports
Foundation, will take place Saturday, June 14, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rib & Chop House
in Casper. Admission is free, and breakfast will be served.
This one-of-a-kind event is designed to bring college rodeo coaches together for peer-led
discussions and expert insight into the evolving demands of coaching in today’s Western sports landscape. Topics on the table include sponsorship strategies, managing stress and crisis in competitive environments, mental health awareness, and the latest trends in recruiting.
The event is the result of a collaborative effort between several organizations committed to
strengthening college rodeo from the inside out. Among them is Bullfrog Recruiting Solutions, a Wyoming-based platform built to connect coaches with student-athletes and streamline the
college rodeo recruiting process. Also joining the conversation are Learfield College Rodeo,
known for its national media and sponsorship efforts, and KRAVE Coaching & Consulting, a
performance and leadership training business focused on rodeo athletes and coaches. The
Western Sports Foundation (WSF), a key partner in the event, is dedicated to helping Western athletes thrive both in and out of the arena. Through the support of generous donors and industry-leading partners, WSF provides free or low-cost resources to help athletes navigate every aspect of life.
