Nashville, TN- (September 8, 2025) – COJO Music / Warner Music Nashville Multi-Platinum recording artist Cody Johnson received four nominations today for the upcoming “The 59th Annual CMA Awards” including Entertainer of the Year, his first-ever with the CMA’s, Male Vocalist of the Year as well as Music Event and Video of the Year with Carrie Underwood for their two-week #1 hit “I’m Gonna Love You.” The CMA Awards will be broadcast live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena Wednesday, November 19 on ABC and the next day on Hulu.

Music critics praised “I’m Gonna Love You” claiming it as a ‘classic country duet’ blending Cody’s ‘charismatic baritone’ with Carrie’s ‘commanding delivery.’ The pair performed it on last year’s “58th Annual CMA Awards,” where Cody took home the coveted Album of The Year award for Leather, and during one of Cody’s two-sold out concerts at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena in February.
