(July 25, 2025 – Nashville, TN) Two Texas music superstars, Randy Rogers Band and Parker McCollum, have released the official music video for their track, “Is This Thing Workin’,” in an exclusive with Country music news outlet, Country Now. The song, co-written by Randy Rogers, Parker McCollum and Monty Criswell, blends the raw emotion and storytelling that defines Texas country with a modern edge brought by McCollum’s signature sound.
The collaboration is a full circle moment for these two multi-Platinum acts. Rogers was not only an inspiration to McCollum (and countless other Texas musicians) but seeing his undeniable talent and work ethic, took the young star under his wing at the start of his career. Since then, they have been songwriting partners, toured together and built a lifelong friendship. Recently, the two took the stage during McCollum’s tour stop in Franklin, TN where they performed “Killin’ Me” off his fifth studio album – a track Rogers co-wrote.
